Chucs is pleased to announce the appointment of Carlos Martinez as Group Head Chef across the Chucs portfolio of restaurants. Commencing the role this month, Martinez joins from his previous role as Head Chef at Maze by Gordon Ramsay, at an exciting time in his new position. This year, Chucs will open a new location in Harrods in February 2018, with details of additional openings to be revealed soon. Heavily involved in the upcoming openings as well as the existing restaurants, Martinez will work alongside Group Executive Head Chef Alessandro Verdenelli, who has been with Chucs for 15 years.
Working his way up from Head Chef at Cliveden House in Taplow, England, a 5-star luxury hotel, to Executive Head Chef at that same property, Martinez also worked at The Stafford London, as Executive Head Chef.
