BAFTA Awards: Dining with the Stars

Bubble is proud to have catered for the high profile BAFTA Awards Nominees Party at the weekend. Held at Kensington Palace, they delighted in serving the star-studded event with a luxury canapé menu and specially designed drinks to the 500 guests in attendance. VIP guests also delighted in a sublime menu at a private dinner hosted by lead sponsors, Nespresso.

Stars of the red carpet were given a stunning choice of savoury and sweet canapés and a collection of drinks, some of which had been designed in collaboration with Nespresso.


The Canape Menu

  • Owl Emporium; quail eggs, truffle potato chips (v)
  • Mushroom flavour capsule, lemon thyme, shemeji, roma salt (v)
  • Chickpea and rosemary biscuit, sweet cheese, damson, mustard (v)
  • Korean fried chicken doughnut
  • Red miso lamb taquito, spring onion and lime
  • Miso glazed eel, chilli jam, sepia crisp
  • Scallop sashimi on a trotter croquette
  • Black cardamom and Nespresso Kazaar-glazed sea trout
  • Pizza delivery -spicy nduja mini pizza in branded Bafta pizza boxes
  • Pina Colada gummi bears
  • Kazaar coffee éclair
