Bocca di Lupo announces new chef de cuisine Angelo Albera

Bocca di Lupo is pleased to announce the appointment of Angelo Albera as Chef de Cuisine. Joining the team in February 2018, Angelo Albera will oversee the kitchen at the award-winning regional Italian restaurant in Soho.

Born in Casale Monferrato, Angelo boasts a career grounded in Italian cuisine. He joins with three years experience as head chef at Cantina del Ponte in London, and his global background includes a stint overseas in Abu Dhabi, where he worked as Speciality Chef at Amici Restaurant for an additional three years. In his new position, Angelo will be responsible for overseeing and managing the kitchens’ daily operations, and ensuring culinary excellence at all times.

He comments: “I am delighted to be joining Bocca di Lupo. I believe it is one of London’s most authentic Italian restaurants, and I look forward to bringing my own experience to its vibrant and accomplished kitchen team.” Angelo Albera joins forces with Jacob Kenedy, who remains Chef Patron at Bocca di Lupo. Located in the heart of Soho, award-winning restaurant Bocca Di Lupo is the first independent restaurant venture by Jacob Kenedy with business partner Victor Hugo, which opened in late 2008. The restaurant’s buzzing vibrant atmosphere combined with award winning menu resulted in massive popularity, which has continued since launch.
