London’s leading healthy eating chain Abokado have announced the launch of its new Summer menu, which includes nine new and refreshed salads and a new range of cold-pressed juices.
The company’s new menu has been carefully crafted by Abokado’s chef, using fresh, nutrient-dense ingredients to suit vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, flexitarians and those who would like gluten-free options.
The new range includes three refreshed Summer Poke bowls and six brand new Vitality Salads, which are housed in 100% biodegradable pulp paper packaging, and new dressings allowing diners to customise their salads.
The menu also includes six reinvigorated cold-pressed juices, containing raw fruit and vegetables with no added sugar, and a dairy-free almond and banana smoothie.
Freshly made in store each day the salads have been specifically designed to offer Londoners a wide spectrum of choice using the highest quality, responsibly sourced ingredients and offering incredibly healthy, highly nutritious dishes.
Poached eggs, hot smoked salmon, feta cheese, beetroot falafels and root vegetables are just some of the delicious ingredients on offer in the new Summer menu.
